Many Gyminee users have been requesting more statistics by which they can track their nutrition progress and goals. Now, Gyminee PRO users will see four additional options in their Nutrition Stats section - Fiber, Sodium, Cholesterol, and Potassium.
PRO users can create goals for each of those stats and also view a graph of their nutritional progress for each one. This should come as a welcome addition for those who were wanting more detail and control over their nutrition tracking.

We are pleased to introduce a new Gyminee PRO trainer. Tasha is a certified personal trainer and experienced fitness instructor. She specializes in modern dance, yoga, pilates, vegan and vegetarian nutrition, and mind/body fitness.
Tasha has provided several circuit-based workout programs for Gyminee PRO members that are sure to be a great challenge and help people become healthier.
“I look for someone who is ready to make a ‘change’. I don’t believe in temporary fixes. I am not a band-aid type of trainer. I look for someone who is real with themselves and is beyond the ‘excuses’ phase.”
“I was my first client! I never had a problem with my weight until I went to college. Things started happening (marriage, divorce, losing a baby, etc.) and my weight was out of control. When I made lifestyle changes, I couldn’t believe how wonderful I felt! It was something that I wanted to share with the rest of the world. My background is counseling and I knew I had the heart for the job.”
I am really excited about our newest feature - Gyminee Widgets. Now you can showcase your fitness progress on your blog (Blogger, Wordpress, etc.) or on other social networks like Facebook. We have three widgets for you to choose from:

Installing a widget is really simple. Once you are logged in, click the Add a Widget link on your Locker Room page. We appreciate you helping us spread the word!
